Memories are the easiest thing to take with us anywhere, but easily forgotten if not documented.
“The days are long, but the years are short”. This sentence really hit home to me with my boys. Being a mam can absolutely have it’s overwhelming moments and there are often days I feel like bedtime just takes forever to come but at the same time my boys seem to be aging much quicker than I expected and there are plenty of times when I want to pause moments and keep them young just a little bit longer. Unfortunately, I haven’t came up with a magic way to pause them but the next closest thing is to capture these moments in a time capsule with photography. In the studio, I often get parent’s overcome with tears of love from overseeing their tiny ones looking blooming adorable, and tears of laughter watching them have so much fun splashing in the tub after their cake smash. Looking back at these glorious moments makes them long days a little easier.
