A photo holds the look. A film holds the moment
The bits a photo can't hold
Photographs are wonderful, but a still can only hold so much. It can't hold the catch in your gran's voice during her reading, or the way the room fell about laughing at the speeches.
Film keeps the words, the voices and the rush of the day as it actually happened. It's why couples who weren't sure at first almost always say it was the thing they're most glad they booked.
What you're left with
A teaser reel is delivered quickly for easy sharing. The highlight film, around five minutes, captures your story with audio, while the full edit preserves the entire ceremony, all speeches, and many more memories.
The part that still gets me is watching a couple see their day back for the first time and hear a voice they'd half forgotten in the blur of it.
Films across the North East
I'm based in the North East and film right across the region: Sunderland, Walworth Castle, Wynyard Hall, Beamish Hall, Slaley Hall, Ramside Hall, Halton Grove and more, plus Durham, Newcastle, Northumberland, North Yorkshire and Cumbria.
Plenty of couples have me capture both film and photography, so one person knows the whole day rather than two crews working around each other. Check my availability.
