  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss your wedding.
  • To provide and manage our services if you go on to book with us.

  • To protect our forms from spam and abuse (Google reCAPTCHA).

Our lawful basis

We handle your enquiry details to take steps at your request before any contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Analytics and other non-essential cookies are used only with your consent.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, our email provider, and Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA). Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, if you book, for the duration of our work together plus a reasonable period to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights
